Abstract
In the article it is given analysis of modern business analytics systems. It is noted that the use of BI-systems significantly increases the effectiveness of management decisions. The functions of BI-systems, the main tools are characterized. In addition, it is noted that each system has its own indicators, and the organization should study them well in order to make the right choice. There are presented the main parameters and characteristics by which it is possible to characterize BI-type systems and with which organizations can make informed decisions to select the BI tool that meets their operational and analytical requirements in the best way.
The main analytical tools are characterized, their functional characteristics, the use of which significantly increases the effectiveness of strategic and tactical decisions, as well as the main advantages and tasks that are solved with the help of BI-systems. An analysis of leading BI-systems is conducted and their competitive advantages are highlighted.
