ANALYTICAL ASPECTS OF THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF INFORMATION COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The paper provides a permanent structure drawn up according to the basic functionality of project management systems, according to which activities are planned according to time and selected criteria, a specific task will be analyzed, which does not have limiting components in the calculations and is introduced from time to time as the beginning of a new cycle. According to the given structure, appropriate cyclical calculations can be planned and come to the realized result. The analysis and selection of the software product mentioned in the paper depends on what kind of task the user is facing and what the implementation of all its stages will bring to the final result. The advantages of some software packages and the mechanism of bypassing the shortcomings in project management are presented.
