Abstract

: One of the most significant challenges faced by modern recruitment companies is the attraction of qualified young talent and the long-term planning of their employment. This study is based on regression analysis aimed at evaluating trends in the number of employed students and graduates and developing future employment forecasts. Analysis of historical data reveals a stable upward trend, with the number of employed students increasing on average by 2–3 individuals annually. A ten-year forecast indicates the continuation of this growth trend, which necessitates the expansion of recruitment processes, the strengthening of training and development programs, and strategic long-term human resource planning. The research findings confirm that linear regression serves as an effective tool for supporting managerial decision-making, accurately reflecting real trends and contributing to the sustainable development and enhanced competitiveness of recruitment companies.
