მსოფლიო ეკონომიკური წესრიგის შესაძლო ცვლილებები გლობალიზაციის ტრანსფორმაციის პირობებში და „შუა დერეფანი“
ანოტაცია
სტატიაში განხილულია მსოფლიო ეკონომიკური წესრიგის ცვლილებების თავისებურებები, რომლებიც უმთავრესად განპირობებულია გლობალიზაციის ტრანსფორმაციით. ნაჩვენებია, რომ COVID-19-ის პანდემიამ დაასრულა ჰიპერგლობალიზაცია, რომელიც ჩაანაცვლა ტურბულენტურმა გლობალიზაციამ, რომელიც რუსეთის მიერ უკარიანაში დაწყებულმა ომმა და დასავლეთის მიერ რუსეთის წინააღმდეგ შემოღებულმა ეკონომიკურმა სანქციებმა შეცვალა კონფრონტაციული გლობალიზაციით. სავარაუდოდ, კონფრონატციულ გლობალიზაციას ჩაანაცვლებს გლობალიზაცია ეკონომიკური უსაფრთხოებით. ამ შემთხვევაში, მსოფლიო ეკონომიკური წესრიგის მომავალი კონტურები დაეფუძვნება ისეთ კონფიგურაციას, როცა შეიქმნება მრავალპოლუსიანი სისტემა, რომელშიც არც ერთ ქვეყანას არ ექნება ჰეგემონიური მდგომარეობა. სტატიაში ასევე განხილულია საქართველოსთვის ე.წ. „შუა დერეფნის“ მნიშვნელობა, რომელიც წარმოადგენს ჩინური პროექტი „ერთი გზა, ერთი სარტყელის“ ერთ-ერთ დერეფანს, და რომელიც გაივლის აზერბაიჯანსა და საქართველოზე. გამოკვეთილია „შუა დერეფნის“ ამოქმედების როგორც მომხრე, ისე მოწინააღმდეგე ქვეყნები.
