Abstract
The initial configuration of the telecommunications network aims to prepare a common interface, monitor faults and identify problems with the timing parameters of the system's operation. As well as common buffering of messages received from the user (hardware and software errors).
In this dynamic process, constant control issues become relevant and require: solving problems with the installation of switching equipment, grouping and solving issues caused by integration problems, accessibility of the design (structure) and user service experience.
The work outlines and partially evaluates the accuracy of transmitted data blocks, with an acceptable probability, calculated using indicators of coverage, mobility, throughput, delay, detection of system bottlenecks, which is acceptable when switching between different radio access technologies.
