Abstract
In the given paper it is presented the issue of designing of a bank's business processes, in this regard, the necessity of implementing business processes in a bank, its causes and consequences are discussed. The problems of implementing business processes are characterized. The use of the BSC method is proposed, which is simultaneously the best tool for implementing the strategy and assessing of the bank's effectiveness. The main stages and actions of designing/redesigning a bank's business processes, which are based on the use of the BSC method, are developed and presented. A description and a block diagram of the proposed approach are given.
