Territorial organization and Ecological condition of functional green recreational zones of Batumi city

Abstract

The traditional and modern research methods were used to study the organization of Batumi city’s green functional zones, their recreational significance, and their potential. The research assesses the carrying capacity of these zones for both local residents and tourists. Several ecological issues related to recreational activities in certain green functional zones have been identified. The study also proposes strategies for the sustainable use of these recreational areas and addresses the need to optimize the harmonious functioning of urban territorial systems.
