Abstract
In today’s digital era, Information Technology (IT) project management functions not only as a means of optimizing technical processes but also as a strategic core of business development and innovation. Emerging technologies – such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and Big Data – are significantly transforming approaches to project planning, execution, and control. Recent research indicates that AI integration improves forecasting accuracy (in terms of time, budget, and resources), streamlines resource allocation, and accelerates decision-making, thereby strengthening overall project efficiency and success.
