განხილულია საინფორმაციო საზოგადოების ფორმირების პროცესში ინფორმაციული და კომუნიკაციური ტექნოლოგიების ინოვაციური როლი სამართლებრივ, ტექნიკურ-ეკონომიკურ, ეკოლოგიურ და სოციალურ-კულტურულ სფეროთა მდგრადი განვითარების საქმეში. შემოთავაზებულია სტუ-ის პროგრამული ინჟინერიის დეპარტამენტში შემუშავებული მეთოდოლოგია თანამედროვე ინფორმაციული სისტემების დაპროექტების და დაპროგრამების პროცესების ავტომატიზაციის მიზნით. კერძოდ, საპროექტო ობიექტის პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფის შექმნის სასიცოცხლო ციკლის ეტაპების შესაბამისად CASE ტექნოლოგიების და ხელოვნური ინტელექტის მეთოდების გამოყენებით იქმნება ფუნქციურ მომხმარებელთა ვებ-პორტალი კლიენტ-სერვერული და სერვის-ორიენტირებული არქიტექტურის საფუძველზე Azure SQL Server-ის და დაპროგრამების ჰიბრიდული ტექნოლოგიების (WCF/WPF) გამოყენებით. განხილულია საილუსტრაციო პრაქტიკული მაგალითები განათლების, შავი ზღვის ეკომონიტორინგის და მულტიმოდალური გადაზიდვების ლოგისტიკის მენეჯმენტის სისტემებისთვის.
