In article there is discussed development strategy of cellular telecommunication company. Telecommunication markets give rise to sever competitions. The company’s success depends on orientation in new unique technologies customers, growth strategies and stability. The strategy evaluation is made based on PEST analyses. Cellular communication still needs innovative ways of development.
