CRITERIA FOR SUPPORTING PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION PARAMETERS AND NEW EVALUATION APPROACHES.

Abstract

In project management, taking into account communication parameters and criteria, new approaches are introduced, which include planning, organizing and controlling resources to successfully achieve management goals and fulfill project tasks. The program to be used and executed is identified with program management, where the program is actually a higher level and related to groups of interdependent projects. which is a globally recognized methodology for solving organizational and technical problems which is a philosophy of project management. The paper presents general approaches for effective management of projects and activities, where a specific task with certain initial data and established results (goals) determines the method of its solution. The paper considers the main features of the project, which derive from its characteristics, is divided into types, and the possibilities of function distribution and execution are established.
