გლობალური ეკონომიკის მანუფაქტურიზაციის შესახებ

ანოტაცია

სტატიაში შესწავლილია ეკონომიკის მანუფაქტურიზაციის არსი, რომლის თანახმადაც ეროვნული ეკონომიკაში იზრდება დამამუშვაბელი მრეწველობის მნიშვნელობა. გაანალიზებულია ამ პროცესის განმაპირობებელი ფაქტორები. კერძოდ, დასაბუთებულია, რომ ეკონომიკის მანუფაქტურიზაცია პანდემიით, ომებით და ეკონომიკური სანქციებით გამოწვეული მიწოდების გლობალური ჯაჭვების წყვეტითაა განპირობებული. ამ ჯაჭვების მდგრადობის ასამაღლებლად ფრენდშორინგი, ნიაშორინგი და ინშორინგი გამოიყენება. ეს უკანასკნელი კი თავის თავში რეშორინგს მოიცავს. ფაქტობრივად, ეკონომიკის მანუფაქტურიზაციამ გლობალური ხასიათი შეიძინა. ცალკე გაანალიზებულია აშშ-ის პრეზიდენტ დონალდ ტრამპის მიერ ინიცირებული სავაჭრო ომი, რასაც საფუძვლად ე.წ. „MAGAნომიკა“ დაედო. ფაქტობრივად ამ უკანასკნელის თეორიულ საფუძველს „თანამედროვე მერკანტილიზმი“ ქმნის და მისი მიზანი აშშ-ის ეკონომიკის მანუფაქტურიზაციის დონის ამაღლებაა. „MAGAნომიკის“ თეორიული ბაზა იმდენად სუსტია, რომ, დიდი ალაბათობით, აშშ-სთვის და მისი სავაჭრო პარტნიორებისთვის უმთავრესად უარყოფითი შედეგების მომტანი იქნება.
